What this document will cover:

• Who may use the service. Licensed real-estate professionals, with a broker of record who has signed off on the site’s compliance chrome.
• MLS and IDX obligations. The listing feed runs under the customer’s own membership and board agreement. Obligations flow through to how the data may be displayed, cached and retained.
• Fees, billing and lapse. Deployment fee, subscription, and precisely what happens to the site, the assistant, the MLS feed and data access if payment lapses.
• Data ownership. Leads and conversations belong to the agent; export on termination.
• Availability, support and liability. Including the service-level commitment.
• Acceptable use, including fair-housing obligations that neither party may contract around.
