How it works

From a cold visit to a lead you can actually call

The mechanics, end to end — what we build, what the assistant does while you are asleep, and exactly what arrives in your CRM when a conversation turns serious. Including which pieces are finished and which are waiting on your board.

Where the product actually is

Launching in Denver and Colorado Springs — onboarding our first agents now

WiseHouseHunt is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is running on a customer's site yet, because we have not signed our first agent. The branded site, the conversation engine, the buyer profile and the compliance chrome are built. MLS search and CRM sync are written and waiting on approvals only your board and your own accounts can unlock. The agent portal and the SEO content engine are still being written.

Every capability on this site is labelled with one of three states:

Built (no badge)
Written and tested on our own infrastructure. Not yet running on a customer site — nothing is, because we have not signed our first agent.
In build
Being written now. Not something you can use today; ask us where it is and we will tell you.
Awaiting approvals
The code is written; it switches on when a third party clears it — the IDX data licence your board and broker sign, or credentials to an account you already own.

We stand up your site and apply for your feedAwaiting approvals

You give us your brokerage details, licence numbers, MLS membership and brand, and we build your branded site on your own domain. In parallel — with you and your broker of record, because both MLSs require the broker's signature — we apply for the IDX data licence that puts your board's whole market on it. The site is built today; the market data arrives when the board approves.

  2. 02

    The assistant does the interview

A prospect arrives and talks instead of filtering. The assistant probes what they actually want, separates the firm requirements from the flexible ones, and answers with local knowledge you supplied — building a structured buyer profile as it goes. This is the part that is finished.

  3. 03

You get a warm lead, not a form fillAwaiting approvals

When a conversation turns serious the assistant stops and hands the prospect to you, with the full transcript and the buyer profile it built. Every lead on your site is yours — no routing, no rotation, no sharing. The handoff is built; the CRM push and the alert that pages you are written and waiting on your accounts.

Where the listings will come from

Your site is designed to show the full market for the MLS(s) you are a member of, under your own IDX agreement with your board. Both launch markets route vendor data through a licence your broker of record signs — REcolorado through MLS Grid, elevateMLS through a technology-partner agreement — so the feed is not something we can switch on unilaterally, and any vendor who tells you otherwise is guessing.

The replication client, the rate-limit budgets, the freshness sweep and the per-MLS display rules are written against both rulebooks. Applying for the licence together is step one of onboarding a founding agent.

  • Compliance chrome — brokerage, licence, Equal Housing — rendered on every page and not removable
  • Your board's IDX attribution and disclaimer rules, coded per MLS from their published rulebooks
  • Data freshness stamped where the rules require it (12-hour refresh in both launch markets)Awaiting approvals
  • Photos cached, watermarks preserved, served from our own CDNAwaiting approvals
  • Live listing data from your board's feedAwaiting approvals

What lands in your CRM

Not a name and an email. The conversation produces a full record — and we deliberately split it: contact, attribution and a short summary go to your CRM, while the transcript and buyer profile stay in your portal. That is a decision, not a limitation: pushing deep buyer profiles into a CRM vendor’s database hands your differentiator to somebody whose parent company may compete with you for the same consumer.

  • Contact details the prospect chose to share
  • Structured buyer profile: must-haves, flexibles, budget, timeline
  • The full transcript
  • Push into Follow Up Boss: contact, attribution and a short summaryAwaiting approvals
  • A briefing with suggested talking points, in the portalIn build
  • Which listings they spent time onIn build

The sync layer is built with a transactional outbox: if the CRM is unreachable the lead is still yours — stored, retried, dead-lettered rather than dropped. It has been proven against a test double; the first live proof happens with a founding agent’s real CRM account.

Onboarding a founding agent

We build your site on a private staging address first. You review it, your broker of record signs off on the compliance chrome, and only then does it go live on your domain. In parallel we file the IDX licence application for your board with your broker, and connect your CRM. Loading your local knowledge is a conversation with you, not homework we hand you.

We will not pretend to a date we do not control: REcolorado commits to responding to IDX requests within three business days once every signature is collected, and collecting the signatures is the part that takes as long as it takes.
